Accepted Insurances
We are contracted and in-network with most major health insurance plans as well as local medical groups/IPAs (independent physician associations). The following is a list of plans and payors that we're currently contracted with, which is subject to change at any time. We also accept Covered California plans listed below. If you have any question about your specific health insurance plan, please call out office at 626.898.4560.
EFFECTIVE 7/1/2023: We NO longer accept LA Care Direct Network & Southland San Gabriel Valley IPA
EFFECTIVE 11/20/2023: We currently are NOT accepting new patients with Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal or Blue Shield Promise Medi-Cal
